Circus Circus

The last weekend in Sept. I decided to take the kids to the Circus! Josh was busy doing something else so I asked my brother Andy to tag along. We rode Trax down and the kids thought that was the greatest!

Mom and Brynlee

Uncle Andy and Jaxon

Brynlee ate almost the entire popcorn bowl!

See, she didn't go anywhere without it!

Brynlee was dancing to the music non-stop! She loved it!

Jaxon didn't even really care about the animals, he loved the acrobats the best!

The ride home was crowded but it was fun and I'm glad I got to take them there this year! And thanks again Andy for helping me out!

Lots of Catching Up!

So I have been a total blog slacker, I know. So it's going to take me a few days to even get semi-caught up on things that have been happening in our neck of the woods:) Jaxon learned how to ride a bike without training wheels this fall and he loves it! That is all he wanted to do for weeks until it got too cold outside. He learned really quickly.

At the beginning of September we went down to Mesquite, NV for the Crowther family reunion. It is always a blast and the kids loved it. Here is some of the crew swimming in one of the pools.

Brynlee can't get enough of Grandma Crowther. The water was a little too cold for her liking too:)

Common Sense!

"You're getting really big!" (Been told this many times by many different people)
"When are you due again? (I tell them) Oh I was thinking you were due like next month or something!" (This was said only 15 min. after telling her I was 19 weeks along.)
"You're sure you're not having twins?"
"You're alot bigger with this pregnancy than you were with your last 2."

Can I just tell you how sick and tired I am of people telling me how huge I look! I have a mirror people, I have to look in it every day! I don't need to be reminded of how big I'm getting! I would think that people would use some common sense and think before they say something like this. And all of these comments have been said to me recently by women who have biological children of their own. You would think they of all people would know what it feels like to be large and in charge and therefore, would be a little more careful about what they say to pregnant women. I would never even consider going up to someone that is overweight or pregnant and telling them how huge they look. That is non of my business! And it's rude! So please, if you see me and think to yourself "Wow she's really getting big!" then please just keep it to yourself! I know how big I am and there isn't a whole lot I can do about it. I know that it sounds like I'm complaining but I just am tired of all those people that speak before they really think about what they are saying. I just wish everyone had a little common sense:)

17 1/2 Weeks

Things are going well as far as the pregnancy goes. We got the Triple Screen back and it came back negative and my Thyroid issues, it seems have disappeared! What a blessing! Anyhow, I'm getting huge! I don't remember being this big with the other two at this stage but I didn't take pics with them to compare so I guess I could have been. Anyhow, Josh and I are having a difficult time coming up with a name for this baby. We are not going to find out beforehand what the gender is so we have to come up with a boy and a girl name! I need suggestions! We both like more modern names. For example: We spelled Jaxon's name with an X because I do not like the name Jack at all and didn't want people calling him that for short. The names I like are Boston and Porter but can't really talk Josh into them because he's too caught up in the name Colt (which I do not like at all). For girls I like Cadence and Paislee but he doesn't like those names at all. He likes Oaklee and Londyn which I like but they just aren't my favorite. Any suggestions would be so helpfull. I like things that are a little different but not too different! Please help!

The Crowther Campout!

Jaxon has been begging us to go camping and so last week I decided that we would have a campout in the basement. Josh got out his tent and set it up for the kids in the middle of the family room and they were happy campers. I slept (if that's what you call it) in the middle of the kids. They had so much fun! Now that is my type of camping!!!

Preschool #2

Jaxon started his second year of Preschool on August 9th. He was so excited to start he could hardly wait! I'm so glad he likes school so much. His teacher is great, we all love her to pieces! I can't believe my little boy is growing up so fast:( But he is the cutest little guy I've ever seen! Just look at those cheeks:) Here are a few pics of the first day of "Preschool #2". (In Jaxon's words)

Here we go again!!!!

So as you can probably guess from the pics we are having baby #3! We are super excited about it! It wasn't something we planned but we couldn't be happier. The reason it wasn't planned to happen this early was because I already have a December baby and a January baby but now I'll be adding one more to the list of winter babies for our family. I am due January 27th! This picture was taken today by my little photographer Jaxon. He did a great job I think! I am 14 1/2 weeks right now and I'm feeling pretty good. I still am sick but that will hopefully pass very soon:) Everything has gone pretty good. I do have an overactive Thyroid but that won't cause any problems with the baby as long as we get it under control. We are still working on that since one of the nurses that works in my doctors office (not his regular nurse) told me I had an underactive thyroid and put me on meds to make me have more of that hormone in my body. Thank heavens my doctor caught the mistake 4 weeks later at my next appt. and immediately had me taken off that pill and now I'm just waiting for my levels to go back to whatever normal is for my body. A little crazy I know but I'm just glad it's all figured out and now we can move forward. Other than that we are healthy and things are going well. I haven't gotten around to posting pics of our cruise yet but that will happen shortly I hope! Sorry!

I'm baaaack!!!!

I know it's been a long time since I have posted anything and I really don't have an excuse! I've just been lazy. I'm going to try to catch up on some of the stuff we've been up to lately (within the last 3 months or so:)

Josh turned 29!!! He had a great b-day. Thanks to all that were able to come celebrate with us:)

Hangin' out with daddy! They sure do love him to pieces.
Visiting the graves of loved ones. Didn't they turn out great??!

Lots and lots of playing out in the front/back yard with friends. They just can't get enough of the heat!

Visiting many parks

Baseball. Isn't he the cutest little BlueJay you have ever seen??!

My lucky little number 9!

Waiting for the ball to come to him!

Hitting the ball

Running to first base.

We have been keeping ourselves busy around here. We have also gone on a cruise to Alaska, celebrated our 7 year anniversary, the 4th of July and the 24th of July with lots of BBQ's and parties. I have more pics but that's all for now.

I know, it's about time right??!

Well we have been keeping ourselves busy around here. And I have had no motivation to get on here a type anything so I'm sorry! But hopefully in the next few days I'll get all caught up on what we have been up to lately. With Easter (that's a whole other post), potty training, and life in general, I have felt a little overwhelmed. There are days that I feel as though I have gotten nothing accomplished. I really hope to get everything finished that I have waiting for me so that this feeling of disarray can be gone! I hate feeling like that. Anyhow, enough of my ramblings, here are a few pics of the things that we have been up to.

I have been doing alot of sewing lately and I LOVE it! That is the one thing that can make me feel a little less stressed. Good thing my in-laws gave their sewing machine (thanks btw) cause I'm loving it! I do however have a lot of unfinished sewing projects that I need to get done. That is adding to the stress but oh well:) Because of so much keeping us busy this is how I feel every night! Exhausted! I guess it's good these guys were able to catch a few Z's in the middle of the day.

Mom's shoes. What is better than playing in mom's shoes?? My kids love to wear around my shoes. It's pretty funny seeing them trying to walk in some of them. Here they are in my hot go-go boots with a high heel:) Notice they come up to Jaxon's crotch??

I caught her in the middle of falling. It was so funny to see her try to walk in these:)
As far as potty training Brynlee is doing quite well. She is pretty much potty trained but it's the other we are working on. I'm not really sure what to do about it but we have been going at this for 2 1/2 weeks now and haven't had a poop in the toilet yet. Any suggestions???? But she doesn't go at night or nap time to that's awesome! I guess I'd better go now but I'll be back soon to up date you on Easter! Bye!

Feeling Crafty!

For the last week or so I have been feeling quite crafty! I have so many things I want to make I just can't find the time to do them all. Here are a few of the things I made just today.

Flower hair clip Another one

Wipes container

And this was a gift I made last week for my friend Jessica. She is having a baby girl very soon so I made her a carseat cover. Isn't it cute??! I didn't know if I would like it until I got it all done, but I loved it once it was finished.

If any of you want one of these I sell them on my Etsy. I have the link on my sidebar:)

Sick Day

A few weeks ago Brynlee got really sick with a fever and horrible cough! So sick she just wanted to sleep all day and all night. Here are a few picks I took of her the first really bad day!

Waiting for toast.......

Still waiting.......

Finally got the toast and within minutes she was fast asleep!

This is how she spent most of the time she was awake. Poor little thing:(

Happy Birthday Jaxon Bug!!!

Jaxon turned 4 this last month! I can't believe it! I still remember being pregnant with him and loving it. And then when he was born it was just so amazing! He was such a stud muffin! And he had a ton of hair! He is still the little stud muffin with tons of hair but now he says things that make me laugh everyday and I just love him to pieces! Who would have known you love your kids more and more everyday! Anyhow, here are a few pics from his special day!

Jaxon 4 days old. (His ear looks funny but that is really just my moms thumb.)

Jaxon opening his presents from mom and dad and Brynlee
At our house you can't just open your presents by yourself. You ALWAYS have little helpers!

My cute little stinkers:)

He was sooooooooooooo excited about getting his motorcycle! Can you tell??!

Talking to Uncle Andy. I had told him he had to close his eyes so I could bring out another present that was too big to wrap and so he just kept his eyes closed through the whole conversation. It was so funny!

Playing with one of the many toys he got from grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Thanks to all of you for coming to celebrate with us. Jaxon LOVED it!

Jaxon with his "McQueen" cake

Definately not the easiest cake I have made but it was all worth it when I saw (and heard) the excitement on this little boys face. He was in heaven!

Four candles for my "big" 4 year old

Blowing out the candles
He loves being for and he thinks he is so big. He tells me all the time that he is tall and strong now that he is 4. My very favorite thing that he says to me everyday (multiple times a day) is "you're my best mommy ever!" I love this little guy. He will always be my little stud muffin for the rest of his life! Happy birthday Jaxon!
