Brynlee is 18 months old!!!

Brynlee turns 1 1/2 today! I can't believe it! It seems like yesterday I was bawling my eyes out because my water had broken and I didn't want to have a baby on Christmas. She was worth it though and I'm sure glad she waited a few hours so we didn't have to try to celebrate a birthday on Christmas day!:) Anyhow, we went to the doctors on Monday and he is kind of concerned about how small she is. So we'll see what happens with that. She is off the charts on all of her %'s. This is how she measures up:

Height: 27 7/8 inches
Weight: 17 lbs. 1 oz.

She is right where she is suppose to be devopementally so that's good. She is such a good natured little girl. We love her to death in our house. (She has daddy wrapped around her little finger. She gets whatever she wants from him:)

Also my sister in law Lindsay has taken up photography. She does a fabulous job and so I asked her to take Brynlee's 18 mo. pictures for me. She happily agreed and so here are some of the shots that she got. I think they turned out awesome!! Also if any of you need a photographer I'm sure she'd be happy to take your pics for you. Just let me know and I'll get you in contact with her. Thanks again Lindsay!!

6 years and going strong!!!!!!!!!!

This past wednesday we celebrated our 6 year anniversary! The time has flown by. I still remember when we were dating and I was anticipating the day he would propose to me. Well that day came and here we are today. Two kids, a house, and more love to go around than I thought was possible. I love Josh so much and couldn't ask for more. I am proud to say he is all mine ladies, so hands off:) Here's to eternity and beyond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!;)

Happy Father's Day!

Ok so I know that this post is way late but better late than never right??!!!! Anyhow I just want all of the wonderful father's in my life how much I appreciate all they do. My husband is the best father in the world! He loves his kids so much, I love seeing their reactions to him coming home everyday. They absolutely adore him! I couldn't ask for a better husband and father for my children. I love you hunny! I also want my grandpa's, my dad, and my father-in-law to know what a blessing they all are in our lives. We love them so much and they are great grandpa's and great grandpa's to my kids. Thanks so much for always being there. I hope you all had a great day!!!!!!!!!

A quick update!

We have not been up to much lately, hence the lack of posts. Last week we were all sick. Brynlee got sick Sunday night while we were driving home from my Grandparents house. She threw up all over herself and the carseat. Jaxon got sick on Tuesday night while driving to Josh's softball game. He also threw up all over himself and his carseat. (Yay for mom) Josh got sick on Thursday night and wasn't all the way better till Monday. I got sick Saturday night and now I'm feeling back to normal. But boy was that one nasty bug. I'm sure glad that we are all over that one. With everyone being sick, taking pictures was not my first priority this week. I was able to snap a few shots here and there though.

Here is Brynlee on one of her sick days. She wanted me to hold her but I was in the middle of getting ready so I just set her down on my bed and this is how I found her not 5 minutes later. Doesn't she look peaceful?!! Out cold

You know your husband loves you when you are hanging your head over the toilet bowl and he comes up and rubs your back. He has seen me at my worst and he still loves me. What more could a woman ask for?!! Here is a cute picture of the kids and their daddy. I love you hunny!!!!

A little bit of nothin'!

Well my camera broke about 2 months ago and we finally went and bought a new one. So maybe I will be blogging more often now. We haven't really been up to much lately. I have been very busy though. I'm not sure why:( Anyhow, I will just explain the pictures as I go.

We went to Cabela's this weekend and noticed that there was a large tank outside close to where we parked. We went over to see what was going on (because there were tons of people all around) and they said that it was free fish day at Cabela's and they had let all the kids try and catch a fish out of the tank. The fish however were smarter than they thought they were and they weren't biting at anything. So they decided instead to take down the walls of the tank and let the fish go a floppin'. You could take home as many fish as you could get your hands on. It was hilarious to watch some of those kids trying to catch the slippery fish with their little hands and hold on to them. Josh lost his a few times and Jaxon had a tough time holding on to his too. However they both walked away with one their size. We brought them home and to my dismay, Josh cooked them on Sunday. Jaxon liked his but didn't like Josh's as much. They had lots of fun:) I love his face in this picture

Here are some random pictures of the kids at the park today!

Playing around with my new camera

My sister-in-law was in the hospital for a few weeks because she had gone into labor really early and so they had to keep her to keep stopping the contractions. I took the kids for a day and Jaxon and Brynlee LOVED it!! They had lots of fun. And I actually got alot done because the kids were entertaining each other!

Happy Birthday Josh!!

This last week it was Josh's birthday! He turned the big 28!!! Wow he's old:) He got a life vest for when he's fishing, shirts, shorts, a work belt, warm-up pants, swimsuit, CD, socks, the side table things to his camp chef stove, sleeping bag, and a few gift cards. He had fun and we are so grateful for all of those that were able to come out and celebrate with us. Thanks again! Daddy and Jaxon blowing out the candles

He was totally cheesing it for me because I kept telling him he had to smile. Oh well!
