Easter!

Ok so for Easter we had a fun filled weekend of Easter Egg Hunts and all that good stuff. On Saturday we had the Crowther Hunt up in Farmington. The kids loved it! I didn't get any pictures because I forgot my video camera. On Sunday morning the kids looked for their baskets and found them and the great treats/gifts the Easter Bunny brought them. Jaxon liked his Thomas the Train movie the best and Brynlee was in love with the stuffed bunny. We got the kids all ready for church in their new outfits and off we went to church. Afterward we headed over to Grandma/pa Fullmer's house for our annual hunt over there. The kids had a great time and neither of my kids got the "dud". Thank goodness! Overall we had a great Easter and I hope that the kids realized the true meaning of Easter. Here are a bundle of pictures:

Here they are after they found their baskets

This is the best picture I could get of him.

She just didn't want to smile for the camera at all this day!

There we go, finally a good shot (sort of)

Quick Post!

Ok so my camera is broken and has been for a few weeks now. I have been having to use my video camera to take any pictures that I want to take but they are not that great quality. I do have some Easter photo's that I will post sometime soon. For now I just wanted to blog about our first trip to the ER. Last night about 10:00pm or so Josh was getting ready to go to bed. He went into Jaxon's room and woke him up so that he could go potty before we went to bed. Josh noticed right away that Jaxon was struggling with his breathing. He brought him over to the couch and we just monitored him for a few minutes. He was getting progressively worse so I headed off to the ER. We got there and they checked his O2 level and that was ok so we got to wait for our turn. We actually only had to wait like 45 min. before we went back. The nurses and Doctors were very nice and very quick in getting in to see us. It turns out that Jaxon has croup. My kids have had the cough before but never had any kind of breathing issues with it. They gave him a steroid and sent us home. The poor kid was so tired that he didn't even get half way done with his popcicle that they gave him. We got home and by 2:00am we were both in bed sound asleep. Jaxon woke up this morning and is doing much better than he was last night so that's good. Hopefully we won't have to make another trip to the ER again anytime soon. I will post Easter pics soon. So stay tuned!!

Happy St. Patricks Day!

So for St. Patty's Day this year I decided to get into the spirit. I made green mustard for Jaxon to dip his corndog into, green mayo for myself, and we had green beans and green rice-a-roni for dinner. Rice-a-Roni is the only kind of rice I'll eat but it sure looked pretty nasty. I don't know that I'll do that one next year. I hope everyone had a great day.

He's Back!!

Here is Andy holding Brynlee and Weston (both wearing the sweaters he sent them from Chile) and Jaxon crouching down in front. The little ones' feet were hitting his head, that's why he's crouching like he is.

Andy amidst all his family. A little overwhelming I think:)

So my brother Andy got home from his mission about 3 weeks ago. I know that I'm slow, I'm sorry. Andy served in the Chile, Concepcion mission and loved it. We are so proud of the work that he did and I know that the people of Chile that he got aquainted with miss him so much. We love you Andy!
