Brynlee Boo is 1!!!!!!!!!

My sweet little girl turned one this last week. I can't believe it was one year ago that she had just arrived. This year has been a great one and we are so glad to have her a part of our family. She has grown so much and learns new things everyday. She is now walking (has been for about a month), she says mama, dada, choo choo, all done, no, bye bye, and she tried to say thank you and Jaxon. She knows where her eyes and nose are and tried to honk your nose any chance she can get. We love her so much. We went to the doctor for her 12 month check up and she weighs in at 14 lbs. 13 1/2 oz. and she is 26 1/2 inches long. She is way off the charts on her weight. I don't know what she is on her height. She is a small little thing but she eats more than Jaxon does and she is developmentally where she needs to be so all is good. Here are a few pictures from her birthday.

Getting ready to open presents

Here is her butterfly cake.

She snuck a piece of frosting before she/I blew out the candle.

First bite

She really liked it

Mmm..................

And this was where she ended up afterward. She made quite the mess as she should have.

Happy Birthday Brynlee!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Snow Snow Snow!!!!!!!!!!

So this year on Christmas I'm sure you are all aware of how much snow fell. Well it didn't miss us either. Here are just a few pictures of what it looks like at our house. The pictures are not in order so I'm sorry.

This pic was taken about 1 hour after Josh shoveled the walk.

This was after Josh shoveled my side

This is what we came home to on Christmas night. I honestly didn't think we were going to be able to get to the garage. Thank heavens for 4 wheel drive!!

Merry Christmas!!!

So Santa stopped at our house this year and boy did he think our kids were good this year. They got a lot of toys and clothes and will be set for a long time. This was Brynlee's first Christmas and she had a ball. She loved getting all the new stuff. She finally got a baby doll and she just loves her. I'm not going to explain everything we did that day, I don't have all night nor do I think you do. I will explain the pictures as we go.

Here is some of the stuff they got. I guess I was a little pre-occupied and forgot to take a picture of all the stuff Santa left them before they got their little hands on it all. ooops
Here is Brynlee relaxing and playing her little piano. I love how her feet are crossed!

This picture was taken that night after all of our travels and so as you can see Jaxon wasn't up for many pictures. I just thought I would take a picture of their outfits.

At Grandma Crowthers house waiting to go down the stairs to see what was in our stockings there.

This too was after we arrived home that night. They both were so tired after waking up at 5:30 am and no nap for Jaxon and a very short one for Brynlee. They are so cute:) (Aren't they?!!!)

And here is just a little picture of the kids at one of our many Christmas parties sitting on good old Saint Nick's lap. Jaxon was a little unsure and Brynlee was fine until she really looked at him.

CHRISTMAS EVE
Every year we go over to Josh's moms and dads house for Christmas Eve and have dinner and do a whole thing. It was a lot of fun and the food was very yummy! Thanks again Bevin and Sharon!

Here are the kids in their Jammies just before bed.

Here are the 3 of us at Grandma's house. I usually don't get jammies but Josh bought them for me as a surprise and it just so happened that I matched the kids! (the matching headband came with my pajama's)

The whole clan in their new pajama's.

Here was the place setting for dinner this year. The little snowman was made out of a cupcake and alot of other candies. So cute and creative my Father-in-law is:)

We had lots of fun this year and are sad to see Christmas go so soon. I'm sure next years Christmas will be here in no time. Thanks to all of those that contributed to our load of toys, clothes. etc., etc., etc. We really do appreciate it all:) I hope you all had a good one this year.

Tim and Faith

So the other day I was trying to get the kids ready and Jaxon walks out with this hat on. Brynlee thought it was great too:)

Here is the next Faith Hill Introducing the future Tim McGraw!!

He posed like this all by himself. Doesn't it look just like something Tim would do. I have never seen Tim do anything like this naked before but I don't think I would look away if it were to present itself before me. haha Josh hates it when I put naked pics of the kids on here but I just thought this was too cute. Such a funny little boy:)

Thanksgiving Re-Cap!

So I know that it is way past Thanksgiving but I have been really lazy so here it is.......finally! Josh played tackle football that morning and came home very sore:) He got the least of it I hear. Poor James and Uncle Chet collided using only their heads. OUCH!!! Anyhow, after he got home we got ready and headed over to my Grandparents house. We had a wonderful dinner there and then just sat and chatted until it was time for the pie. After pie Josh and I decided to call it a night. We came home, put the kids to bed, and we too went to bed early for the first time in a long time. It was great to visit and be with all of my family for such a wonderful time of year. We love Thanksgiving and look forward to next year with Josh's family:)

This is the morning of Thanksgiving (after football) And this was after

Poor Jaxon hadn't been feeling good all day, poor kid

Seeing Double??...............

You tell me. I have been meaning to do this for a long time and just have never gotten around to it. And now, after an hour of trying many many ways to get these pics on here, they are finally on. Below is the slideshow. I couldn't get them to go side by side so this is the best I could do. I hope you enjoy.
