Just a quick story I forgot to put on yesterday:
Yesterday morning I was getting ready to take a shower. Jaxon usually showers with me (making my life just a little bit easier). Therefore I continued with our usual routine of undressing him and putting him on the toilet. He pushed and pushed and nothing came out yet he still yelled "Yay chocolate chip!!". That means that he's done. I got in and started washing myself when all of a sudden I hear once again "Yay Chocolate Chip!!". I look down and there is Jaxon sitting there holding something that looked like an oversized chocolate chip. He proceeded to give it too me and tell me it was a "big chocolate chip". I began my inspection of the "big chocolate chip" when all of a sudden I got a whiff of the hard, rock-like piece of crap!!! Jaxon really had pushed something out it just must have stuck to his little butt cheeks until he spread those little cheeks to sit down in the tub. I made sure I washed extra long and hard. It was so disgusting!!!!!

Pretty in Pink!
Thanks to Heidi, I had the perfect bow to go with this outfit. I thought it was too cute a picture not to share. Brynlee is getting so big so fast. I hate how they grow up so quickly. But I guess it has to be done.
Here is what Jaxon would look like as a girl with long hair. I think he's a much cuter boy if you ask me. Well that is all I have for today. Not much has happened this last week therefore no blogging material. Sorry, I'll try to get some other cute pics up sometime this week.

Funny Little Bugger!
Just a few quick stories about Jaxon:
First, last night Josh was playing "horsey" with Jaxon and Josh got tired so he laid down on his stomach on the floor. I told Jaxon to spank daddy's bottom and Jaxon for some reason kept hitting Josh's back. I continued to tell him to spank his bottom and so finally Jaxon bent down, reached under Josh's "lower abdomen" and tried to show me where daddy's "Bottom" was. It was so funny! I guess you could call that a bottom if you want to. HaHa
Also, this morning I was getting Brynlee ready for the day and put a little lotion in her hair. I started calling her Curly Sue and Jaxon was standing next to me when all of a sudden I hear him say "Curly Soup, Curly Soup" over and over again. It was so funny. I tried telling him it wasn't soup but he continues to call her Curly Soup! And last but not least, Jaxon loves to put on chapstick. This is what he did when I told him to pucker up. However, he can't not smile for the camera so this is a smiling version of the fish pucker I got initially!

Brynlee's Blessing Day!
Well I had this post almost done and Jaxon hit something on the keyboard and everything magically disappeared. So here I go again:
Well we were finally able to bless Brynlee yesterday. Everything went off without a hitch. The weather couldn't have been better and thanks to family and friends, we had plenty of food for everyone to eat. Brynlee looked so beautiful in her new dress and I was so proud to be her mother. (I always am but I was especially proud yesterday) Josh did a wonderful job on the blessing. I am so lucky to have a husband who holds the priesthood and is able to perform blessings such as this whenever they are needed. He was such and help, I love him so much. Thank you to all of you that came and to all of you that brought food, etc. I really do appreciate it, more than you know. We love you all! Here are just a few pictures from Brynlee's special day.
Such a pretty girl!
This is the first family picture we have had taken since Brynlee arrived.
Here are my favorite boys. I love them both so much! This is Jaxon after a long day of playing with family and friends. He had so much fun it just wore him right out. This picture was taken after he had been sleeping for 2 hours. He was still sound asleep but we had to go to gma's for family night so we woke him up.

Jaxon Poo!
Our funny little Jaxon is quite the character. He is so funny sometimes. We love him.
Here he is smiling at the camera. He is quite the cheese. He loves to "fix" things. Here he is "fixing" the door so that he can get the vacuum out.
Our Sweet Brynlee Boo!
This is the best smile we have been able to capture on camera so far. She has got to be the cutest little girl on the planet. Don't you think?!!!Here she is taking one of her many naps thoughout the day. So peaceful, and drooling at that!
This is my little Curly Sue. Her hair is very curly when it's wet but as soon as it dry's it is poker straight. It gets a little unruly at times but we love it still.

Chubby Cheeks!
While sitting on the couch last night Josh discovered Brynlee's cheeks were chubby. I'm not sure how he could have missed them before but these are a couple pictures.
She is so content to just sit there and let her dad do this to her. He was squeezing her cheeks for like 5 minutes straight!
Aren't they cute?!!!!! Brynlee is growing up so fast. Yesterday she was wearing 0-3 month clothes. No more newborn clothes or diapers. I hate it how that happens so quickly.

Brynlee’s Blessing-Snow Day
Well today was suppose to be Brynlee's Blessing day. However after a Saturday full of cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning, rearranging the house, spending $50 on fresh breadsticks, and staying up till 12:30am and waking up at 6:00am just so I could make soups and be ready in time, the Bishop calls our house and says that church has been cancelled due to the snow storm and the snow drifts in the parking lot of the church. So now she will be blessed next week instead. Where I'm sure I'll be cleaning till my hearts content again. So those of you coming, I hope the breadsticks taste ok. They will be frozen and reheated. Anyhow, because of the snow Josh and Jaxon took advantage of it and went out to make a snowman and a slide. How fun it is to be a kid.
Cute Pictures!
I took these pictures this past week and thought I would share.
So cute! I couldn't not take a picture of this. Here is Brynlee in her little knitted hat and booties Aunt Joy gave to her. She doesn't even look like herself with that hat on.
This is a ball popper that Jaxon got last Christmas. The batteries died about 6-7 months ago and I have just been telling him it was broken. I finally went and bought the right size batteries and put them in it. When I turned it on he got so excited. You should have heard the squeals coming from this child. He squealed like that all day long. Even that night when Josh got home he got just as excited as the first time that morning. It was so stinkin' cute!
Jaxon's Birthday!!
Well I know it's a little late but I thought I would post a few pics of Jaxon on his birthday. He turned 2 on Jan. 25th. Between grandparents and aunts and uncles he got more than he can handle. (Or should I say more than mom can handle.)Jaxon and Aunt Kirsten blowing out the candles.
Yummy!!!!!!!!
